What time do your courses run?
We aim to be as flexible as possible with our online courses and will communicate with everyone who has enrolled on a course to determine the best day and time for that group. For our face to face sessions, please refer to each course for further details, which will be made available as soon as possible.
What will I need to complete an online course?
You will require internet access and Microsoft Word to complete our online courses. Some of our modules have supporting videos, and therefore sound and a media player on your PC, laptop or tablet is advised.
What will I need to bring to a face to face session?
The most important thing to bring is yourself. You may find a pen and paper is helpful, and for any courses that have a practical element using a computer, it is advised, but not essential, to bring a pen (usb) drive with you.
Are the courses accredited?
None of our courses are accredited. However, a ListenThinkGrow certificate of completion is provided.
When can I book a place on one of your courses?
You can book a place on any of our courses at any time.
Do I need to pay for a course when I book a place?
For most of our courses, you will not be required to pay in order to book a place. We will request payment to be made in full two weeks ahead of the course start date.
How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer or paypal.
Can I request a refund?
You can request a refund up to the end of the first week of the course.
Are there any Special Circumstances?
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way of what you are doing. ListenThinkGrow will assess each situation individually and confidentially, and will discuss different arrangement options according to the individuals needs and requirements.
