Welcome to Listen Think Grow

We specialise in professional development in the workplace, and creative development for groups or individuals. We have a selection of courses that are accessible face to face and through distance learning, with flexible hours to suit your needs. If you have a course in mind for your staff and you can't see it here, please contact us and we may be able to tailor a course just for you.

Why Listen Think Grow?

Listen is for active listening. A skill which many of us believe we have, but let's be honest, how many of us have been in a group or 1:1 meeting and left the room at the end wondering 'What did he just say?' or trying to remember what a point was?

Think is what we need to do to challenge ideas and develop our knowledge. It’s omething that we should encourage ourselves to do but often neglect due to the hustle and bustle of work and life.

Grow is what we can do as individuals when we open our minds to self-development. If we better ourselves, we can then lead by example, encourage our peers, and create a way forward for ourselves personally and professionally.

Thank you for visiting our website. You can also find us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Please drop by and say hello!
